Hey, Guys.
Well, Things have finally slowed down at HF, with fertilizer spreading finally done. We have been filling our January contracts and pushing lots of snow. We had one of the snowiest Decembers we have had in a long time, but with 2 snowblowers going, plus a loader, we can move a lot of snow at a time. For the next couple months we will be fairly busy hauling grain to the local elevator and ethanol plant.
We have started construction on our new seed/fertilizer storage system, also. This will hold our seed in the spring, and our dry fertilizer in the fall, allowing us to tender ourselves when putting on fertilizer.
With it we installed a scale. We will also use this for our grain facility.
Our new '09 DB90 was also delivered. This unit has rowcommand, so every 4 rows will shut off automatically. Our 8530 is also in the shop.
