Here are some more pics from my collection. These are from stacking the 08 feed crop.
The neighbor was swathing his cane on the other side of the creek while we were stacking.
Anthony was spreading fertilizer on his wheat ground on the other side of the driveway while we were stacking.
Now for moving them home. Here I am restacking them in the yard.
Here is some stack hauling from 2007. We got the feed put up early and got some rain and had really good regrowth. The problem was it was muddy as heck. It made loading the stacks a challenge. Here is one that didn't go so well.
The second try worked out.
Our neighbor bales our alfalfa for us since we don't have a baler. This is his baling rig.
He just got rained out.
Here is the 620 hanging out. Our fence project got rained out also.
Here is Don raking ahead of his baler. He rakes with an all fuel 720.
Here are some cow feeding pics from last winter. I was on the A and Dad was on the 620.
I guess we were feeding the horses too.
The cows. The yellow cow and the red one are mine.
The red white face is out of my yellow cow. The yellow cow is the last calf that we got out of my first bucket calf. Here is the red one when she was a calf.
The yellow cow is around 11 years old I believe. I would really like to get another heifer out of her. I guess I will see what we end up with.
