I think it was a test model. If I remember correctly, this was on toytractorshow and it said they used this as a diversion so Deere would spend more time on developing 2WDs instead of 4WDs. I'll look up the link.

i actualy emailed this to my uncle whos a manager at one of the case ih dealers around here and only one guy that he showed out of every one there knew about it be cool if they made this as full production

I'll look up the link. That diversion didn't really work, as they still kept going building the 4WDs and improving on them. Then in the mid 80s, Steiger went under. And that ended the lime green tractor brand.

That thing just looks ugly in my opinion. Hood is to long.

i think it looks pretty cool but ya the hood is to long i think also but it kinda looks like all they did was take the back end off of a normal steiger and put smaller tires in the front and the back tires placed different but i think someone should make one of these in 1/64 it would look awesome on a farm

Sean The company did, that is what I meant. The name is still here, but not the company. The name is more of a "Series" now, not a brand or separate company.

Take a Steiger of a similar cab/hood. Then work from there.
