I have a NH 699 baler. Which is mid/late 90s to the early 2000s. Very nice baler from Scale. For some minor work you can really make it look good. New tires could help. I took black paint and painted the belts. Which really made improvements on the looks. I even took the older John Deere 565 baler and painted the belts. You won't believe the difference it makes.

good luck, the big square balers are way hard to come by anymore, unless you are awesome with building something yourself, the newer big square balers with the tandem axles are easy to come by now, but them boxy looking older ones were never mass produced.
