Over a 1 1/2 this past week. Things are looking pretty wet and we still ain't done planting. The 2 Amish neighbors were already ding the first cut of alfalfa today. So the crops are looking pretty good around here. Except for the low areas. I will gladly send you guys in Kansas some. :]

Wheat harvest is just in its opening stage. It was about to pick-up but then overnight we got 4 inches of rain and hail. Back to the west of me about 5 miles they got baseball size hail. It made bad wheat even worse. Most of the wheat around here has hail and wind damage but it still will be manageable to cut. Supposedly there was a feild around Chattanooga that made around 30 bpa.

I've got a buddy that was working for a cutter down somewhere down there and he said they were averaging at 30 overall. Must be in a different area. Trey

You Kansas guys suck. lol. The weather outlook is pretty good for us this coming week so I have my fingers crossed. My dryland buddies said that there wheat is just good enough that the insurance is gonna make them cut everything.

I have not heard anything really because they just started last week and hardly anyone has really started. They are probably west of me.
