the black stripe you have listed is what is known as the "Tri-Stripe" RED-WHITE-BLACK
The actulay "Black Stripe" 86 sereis were just white and black. There is around 4-5 Ih 86 series paint scheme/decal combos.

OK I thought it was for something special. Like a special production year. Or had something made it different like a few upgrades.

The black stripes were from '79 to '80. A few had the "Red Power" decal along with the IH branding iron. The tri stripes came out in '81 and they marked the end of the 86 series just like the black stripes did for the 66 series.

aahh correct me if im wrong but i asked my dad the same question on are 1066 and he said that the white strip is older model and black is newer i belive

that is correct, white stripe 66s being the older from '72 to late '75 and the newer 66s being black stripes from late '75-'76
