We started rolling late Tuesday afternoon. We have roughly 600 acres cut. We're mostly cleaning up a bunch of little dryland patches right now. Tried cutting a circle last night but it was on the wet side and would thresh too well so we should be able to cut it tomorow. We have 5 circles to cut this year and roughly 1200 acres of dryland. So far we've averaged right around 20. Hauling in at 13% moisture. This is the 9870's second wheat harvest and will be the 9760's seventh. Should be the 8650's 26th year. I had the choice of the 8410 or the 86' on the cart, guess what I chose. hahaha

Nope. We want all the cover we can on the ground. Don't want to takle to much organic material away in fear of erosion. We used to bale some irrigated circles but anymore we're planting double crop beans right behind the combines.

280 acres left! Should be able to try to get it wacked off today and if not then tomorow morning. Some of you might wonder why I'm driving the 8410 and the 1040 kinze. Long story short, I snapped the swivel pin on the 1050 and it made a nose dive into the ground. Wasn't a pretty sight.
