Little bit of farming and random pics Nice terraces Couple large farms Went on a parts run and found some old combines Massey #1 Massey #2 Further up the road Old Deere and nice truck Old white and newer IH Ochs harvesting (they test cut 3 different fields, none were ready, I think we cut 3 fields before they started) Fairgrounds/parking lot. At least 2 cutters park in a pasture near where they start. Our partners "new" antique Second best field of wheat, mid 80 bushels 61-64 lb test weights Both semis S77 which was paired up with a newer R series, first gleaner crew I have ever seen locally. Neighbors truck, owns 3 identical ones Start of new bin Roland Harvesting Terrible picture but the entire wheat harvest crew Best field of wheat we cut, guess what it ended up at Thats a lot of straw Never knew you could count rows in wheat and have free auto-guide but it sure worked good End result of auto-guide test ;D Neighbor has had a rough year, equipment shed burnt down with most of their equipment (uninsured but wasnt worth much anyways). Got a "new" 1688 and apparently the rear axle wasnt ready for wheat harvest. Cool truck color Well thats all I got, wheat harvest has pretty well finished up in my area, Went to Illinois today and still a lot of wheat along the KS/NE border that needs cut. Wheat was so good combined with a 2.5 hour turnaround time for the trucks we needed the little cart as well as a 3rd truck for this field.

Nice pics. That wheat looked really good. That looked like it had hellish straw. I heard straw is even selling good because of the Texas drought.

Nice pictures Austin. What was in Illinois? Nice lookin international.. Trey Cousins wedding which was rather boring Oh well I came along to see the flooding. Seen a little on the way up, took Highway 36 then 24 into Peoria. Taking I-80 and whatever highways are needed to get back home. Should be interesting to see the flooding around Omaha. International looks nice, however none of us are willing to risk life or limb to drive it

where did you go in IL??? Peoria which is south of chicago a ways. Took 36 and 24 up there, passed the landoll plant and quite a few fields of drowned out corn. Lots of terrible looking corn (honestly) Took I-80 to Kearney Nebraska, passed the kinze plant, Lexion plant, and probably some other stuff. Got stuck on interstate waiting on a hostage situation (honestly go figure my luck) lots more ugly corn and some ugly beans. Saw one person still planting double crop beans (assuming thats what they were?) in central Nebraska. Quite a bit of wheat harvest in Nebraska and even saw a couple dozen fields of wheat in Illinois (one right outside my uncles house being harvested)
