Today My Dad bought a new semi. a 1989 Ford L9000, with a L10 Cummins Diesel. It has a 10 Speed Eaton too. It blows alot of smoke compared to the other truck we have a 1986 9000 with a 855 Cummins. She's a good runnin truck, just needs some TLC. We have for trucks: Ford L9000 Ford 9000 Freightliner FLD120 Freightliner FLD120 with tank. IH 2554 with tank L9000 9000

I like the Ford 9000. It looks like it has had a very nice repaint, and the Daytons look sharp. What will the new truck be used for?

Nice Ford. I love that series of Fords. I think one of the best ones they made. If they made that in a 64th. I will really buy a couple of those. One farmer ran like 2 of them for years. Until he worn one out to where he replaced it. The other still hangs around.

Thanks guys. We have had alot of these styles of trucks, with grain boxes. 700, 750, 800. We had a L8000 with a grain box and we sold it in 2004. Thanks, I hope my dad has it painted the same. Our FLD120 is painted the same too. We bought a 1988 Jet 22ft hopper a while back it will prolly pull that.
