Nice to go out and try equipment that others run. I don't get to do that often, but have a few times. It gives you an idea how that stuff performs and does. I saw a Lexion out in the northern county of mine running around. It has been on my list to catch in action. I missed him on the grain harvest. But I will see if I can this fall. Nice to see some Challengers out. That name is basically unheard of in my parts. No one knows they exist.

Yeah it was interesting. I custom worked some ground for him this spring with our Challenger and verticle tillage tool. Challenger is pretty popular here in the tri states, Missouri, Iowa and Illinois. We looked into a lexion, even toured the factory but went with the 9670 instead, mainly due to the fact we have ran Deere since the 50s (Model 30A pull type and 227 picker) and knew we liked the job they did and the service. (Not that Altohfer is bad at all but we know how to work on them. Id love to see pics Sam if you get em.

I will do my best to track him down this fall. I usually get my target in after a few times. Just like some of the other combines I had on my list. Including one cotton picker. Just take time to track them down during harvest. That one took me about 2 years to get in action.

What do you have against the kongskilde? I'm guessing for the same reasons you don't like the Case version? Trey

Nice pictures Chris. Do you have any pictures of how the Krause strip till left the ground? Would like to see if that design throws as much dirt as ours because i know the guy we got ours from went to a Krause.
