Well, this was a 3 day project and it showed. I decided to do a JD 9560 walker combine for the Jonesboro AR show this weekend. I had bits and pieces of Moores kits left over from teh years and added what I could on. I used Moores, feeder house, railings kits, steerable axle, chaff spreader, and bin auger. The body work was fine but when I went to prime it was down hill from there. I guess the primer was old cause it spit and sputterd primer all over the combine and it pissed me off pretty good. After sanding on the primer the best I could I painted a light coat of JD green and all was well. when I wen to put on the final coat it was B- paint job for sure. Most of it turned out fair but the right side was the worst. Been a while since I've done a 1/64 combine but I learned some new dos and donts. The next ones will be way better.
