I decided to work on my Mack R. So I saw some putting DCP tires on theirs. So I went and did the same. This really helped out this truck. And now he is ready for display in the future. While I was at it. I painted the lights on the cab and dual horns. I was impressed how this turned out for a simple custom.
I was putting up my R next to my Mack B61 where he usually sets on my self. So I took down the B61 to look him over. I was shocked to see the chrome paint was fading away on him. One the bumper, grill, and stack. So I took him to the paint shop too. To work him over. I painted the bumper, grill, air intake, and stack with silver. To get it to shine again. And while I was at it. I painted the cab lights, fender turn signals, and dual horns. This really helped out the looks on this model as well.
