FOR FREE! My intel tells me that Deere left a planter in a field overnite and next morning...NO PLANTER! and im not just talking about a 12-row...the big DB120!! yes the 48row. man someone had a good find. not the right thing to do tho. gonna be hard to keep stealing something like that a secret right?!

Haha! Think anyone will notice if he starts planting with it? I ain't no jeenyus er nuthin', but I don't think you'll find many more 48r planters around, considering they are only making like 4 of 'em for '09. Of course with the $345,000 base price, I could understand the temptation. LOL.

i can just see an old timer with a 4020 parked on the road rubbin his chin, eyeballin the planter and wonder if the '20 could get her home LOL

wow, that takes some big ol cast iorn -----. That is deffinately something that would be hard to hide. If you were going to steel something like that, you would have to know that someone would notice next spring. And it would be kind of hard to hide it from a dealer when you go to get parts for it. Even a dealer a ways away would be aware of something like that.

Lol true austin. I bet thats wat happened. or maybe deere left the keys in a tractor and the guy decided to not be TOO greedy and just moved it and backed his rig up to the planter
