Treflan? We havnt used treflan since the mid 90's! Always cool to see how stuff is done different around the country.

well my boss is old school so nothing changes bul there are alot of guys gettin away from it and goin with alot of strip till stuff

its a yellow herbicide used b4 planting and last for a bout 90 days after application we put it on our cotton ground

nice pics thanks for sharin. treflan is kind of like atrazine, but works in a differant mode of action, I believe, I dont have my green bible handy so I could be mistaken. Its still used on sunflowers around here, the only thing is it has to be incorparated, and with most guys no-tilling it doesnt work. but it is a pre-emerge herb.

ya thats why we drag the disk behind it now some people use prowl same thing as treflan but prowl has a varation called prowl h2o and some people use it on strip till and put it down through the pivot with an injection pump and it works ok
