Toy Review - Ertl CIH 180

I got a few items in that I had ordered finally. One was the Dodge truck and CIH 180 set.

So I will look over the 180 tractor. Its based off the older design. And is the smallest of the line. Before you had to get the "Spirit" to get this version. Now you can get it in regular form. Which I did like. As I can see more use for this smaller Magnum. Plus it has the smaller row crop type tires. And not the larger ones. Which makes is look good as well. Other than that, you have a great farm tractor to any display. Where you need the power of a Magnum, but in smaller HP.


Only flaws I found was a few minor paint chips around the front. Which isn't too bad.

I got the 210 that came out last winter. It looks exactly like this one except with different decals. I got it in case my dad bought a new magnum 210 in the future.

That's a good lookin' tractor. I'm assuming it's 180 hp, & that's a GPS on the cab roof. Is Ertl still offering the IH 95 as a single rear-wheel utility tractor w/FWA? EVK

The tractor is rated 160HP on the PTO. They use engine HP now for their models. I go by PTO as its easier to compare to older tractors. Yes that is a GPS unit on the cab top.

Last I heard you can still get the 95 CIHs with fwa. I hadn't saw a 2wd version, unless customized.

The CIH 95 would make a good replacement for my now aging M-F 699's. I hate to give up on M-F's but I haven't heard of any coming down the road. EVK
