For mudflaps you can use electrical tape stuck onto the back of itself putting the two adhesive sides togehter. Then you can cut to the size of flap you want. To make it look really good you can use chrome vynl for weights!

Sitting here staring at those and I was wondering. Have you ever thought of putting a small box on the frame for the pump box?
