i was digging around in my Photobucket today and came across these pics. i know i havn't posted these here yet, so here it goes.
John Deere 8430 and Brent CPC chisel plow. ive run this 8430 on the 6btm JD plow. we have long since traded that CPC away in favor of a John Deere 714 chisel plow
a Closeup of the machine.
Here is the IH 1086 w/ the old Westgo rock picker. this Rock picker has long been gone, replaced by a Schulte RS320 JUMBO which is pulled by the 4240. this tractor is retired from tillage. i have also driven this tractor quite a few times.
lots of equipment parked in the field. this was below my house. so i walked down and took pictures.
sitting idle at the top of the field behind my house. the 7130 is rented from Lakeland John Deere because the 8430 at the time, snapped an axle
and the best for last, the John Deere 4240, pulling the JD 7200 corn planter. at the time, this was the first year we had the 7200. we now have a 1770NT 12 row pulled by a newly acquired 7830.
and yes, i have driven this tractor too. lol ive spent allot of hours pulling a brush hog and a square baler with this tractor. its by far the favorite tractor on the farm.
