Rare RoGator 754

Theres a local farm with an odd sprayer. This RoGator 754 "Hercules" is a one of a kind. So far I cannot find any research on it at all. We think it may be European because of its lights. Unfortionately it is not in very good condition. The hydraulic suspension has little pressure so it will not stay level, some of the guages no longer work, theres many things on it that don't seem to make much sense, and to top it off it no longer starts...

The light modules have brakelights, reverse lights and even parking lights.

There appears to be millions of hydraulic hoses and wires

Last time this was in the shop i believe it had 2 fuel guages

So far the switches on the joystic do not appear to have any control over anything

Hmm... interesting. The cab and tank look like those from an older apache. That joystick looks like ours on our spra coupe and looks like it should control the booms.

Never seen anything like that before. But i've always wondered this. Does your famliy own a sprayer shop? Or do you just work at one?

We're a family business, Jensen Equipment Co. We mostly sell spray parts, bestway, demco, and schaben sprayers, gps, some other electronics enduraplas products, and schulte mowers.

Ohhkay. So the sprayers come through the shop to get worked on then? And mounted with GPS?

This one is only receiving repair i think. Depends on what the customer orders, if they want to outfit a sprayer with GPS, or, autosteer, or autoboom, ect. We can install it for them, or they can install it themselves if they choose to. It's whatever the customer orders.

John Deere built the cabs for both the Apaches and some of these older Rogators. Having an old 8820 back when my dad used to farm, they seem to have the same design besides the windows being a little different.

looks basically like a 600 series, the 5s and 6s all had the black hood and a deere cab and all had the pump pressure and nozzle pressure gauges on the hood. The cylinders underneath look like maybe the row spacing cylinders for the hydraulic row adjustments. As for all the lights I dont know none of the gators Ive seen have back up and parking lights. I got a buddy that worked for Agchem as a mechanic for quite awhile I ask him if hes ever seen one.
