I decided I wanted to take some stock Ertl tractors and tires and expand them to spacer duals. On the front row are a 7800 and 8410 that came with banded duals. I spaced them out with a 1/8" rod. On the back row, i took an 8210 and added duals. It came stock with single wheels. I had some tires left over, so I took an 8200 and gave it a bar axle. I kept all the stock tires intact, I happen to like the way they look. Unfortuantely, this sometimes means buying two of the same model of tractor if it comes from Ertl with single rear tires when you want duals, but that's usually no more expensive than buying tires anyway! I need to order some 3 point hitches to complete the process on these as well.

Nice tractors. Will these be getting used in cotton?

Yes, cotton and anything else planted on 30" rows. Corn, peanuts, beans.

Looks good, I love the tires spaced out. I did a few of mine like that, using the original tires. Yeah at times you have to buy extra tractors, but its worth it.
