I got this in the mail the other day. And finally got around to get some pics. So here is what I think of this tractor. At first I didn't even want to buy it. Since I'm not a fan of this series of Buds. After seeing pics of the real and toy. For some reason it was this beast is impressive. I think it was the big hood, and all that engine under it. So I went and ordered one. I got the one with duals and silver engine. I thought this version looked the best and most beastly. Now I'm glad I got one for my collection of Really Big Iron. Spec did a fine job making this beast. Good detailing and good painting with decals. I expect good from Spec and they once again met the bar they raised on 64ths. The cab has good detailing of the dash, seat, and steering wheel. Engine has good detailing all kinds of stuff on it. Even has a fan shaft with fan inside the radiator shroud. The grill is a separate piece and not a decal. I found no flaws on my Bud. What I would like to see added. They could detailed the lights on the rear, since it has all the lights else where. I let the pics do the rest of the talking. I can see this pulling my 64th 72ft field cultivator. Unless I can hitch up the 70ft CIH air drill that came out recently.

That is a good looking rig. Did those have Detroits in them?

The 740 has a 1413 cu. in. or 23.15L Komastu engine. Big Bud ran 3 engine types I know of. Cummins and Detroits was the main ones, later Komastu was added to the offering. I don't know much about Komastu so I can't tell you about the engine. And the box, well it really don't tell you nothing about it. Just the engine size, and didn't even tell what kind of engine.
