They lost 1500 acres to Illinois Family Farms in New Canton IL so they are down to 2000 for 2012 plus alot of custom work striptilling.
Love CAT? Thats an understatement! We bleed YELLOW!!!

Nice pics thanks for sharing them. I don't see any Cat/Challenger equipment out my way. So its nice to see these in action at times. Interesting to see a Modern McCormick as well. I wondered what farm uses them. Only ones I saw was at the farm show. Its a shame they don't belong to the right company anymore. I would love to see them back with CIH. Since that name was with IH. Its actually older than the Farmall name they use.

They are talked about in the elevators even all the way in Minnesota. Two or three months ago I read an article on this Illinois Family Farms going broke. I guess they are like farms around here they are truelly to big to fail and also in the hole more than the farm is worth... Also are they a cooperate farm with investors?

I think he was in Progressive Farmer or Successful Farmer, although the writeup was not about his success... ha
First time I've ever seen a Mccormick that wasn't in a magisine. Do you know of any others in the area? Nice Pictures Trey
