thought i'd share some pics from may and june. kinda liking my 535 i bought last fall, i got it really cheap, but have also put a lot of new parts on it also let my cows out into the creekline pasture recently i have to say for many years of being around a NH baler, and now just one year of a JD baler, i have to say i will never have a NH again. JD's are sooooo simple to work on, and make some darn nice bales! saw a rainbow when i was cutting 1st cut alfalfa Also got my Agleader Integra put it, i have to say is wow!

I would have to say Deere probably makes the best round baler on the market. Even the red guys run them around here. They make a good bale.

Next is New Holland. I used to see a few Gehls around. But since they went out of Ag business. Parts became a major pain to get now. I'm seeing lot less Gehl stuff around here.

personially i like the NH balers alot better then the JD we dont own one but we always have a custom guy come and bale 10 acres of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd crop and at first we have a guy with a JD 4440 and a 535 Round baler and now we have a guy with a ford 8630 and not sure of Baler but it is a newer NH round baler and the NH makes much nicer bales so now we only get the guy with the NH baler

we still run NH 853's, we have an 851 but dont use it. the 853's we have put out a really good bale but compared to the new ones they arent that big. the last guy i worked for had an br780a and it would put out perfect bales. alot of ppl that run bar balers around here end up with a lopsided bale but we have yet to have one. jd roll balers arent that commom around here, there are a few but we are mostly nh when it comes to hay eq.
nice pics thanks for sharing
