What a great set of pics! Looks like a fun day of packing with that old iron. Really like the look of that 4020 with the duals and canopy. The old Allied dozer is interesting. Not many out there anymore, but there are still a good number of Allied front end loaders still in use on 70/80's tractors around here. My dad has one for his Massey.
Is the Duall loader for your wheatland 4020 or are you going to replace the dozer on your other one?

Nice to see your guys in action. Silage packing looks like fun. I know 2 dairies that used a bulldozer for their packing. The other dairy used a log skidder they bought at a decent price. I know one farm used a DA 9150 cause you can see the blade mounts on it. Not sure what that farm uses now. Most farms in my area went to bunkers. Most don't even use silos.

Thanks guys. The loader is going on my 4020 standard. The dozer will stay on the other one. I like the cab for pushing snow.

Might want to put the clutch cover on the 730. Letting dirt in there isn't a good idea. I already had to rebuild the clutch in my G before. Granted its easy to do, but something that can be costly. I even had to replace the spring clips that held my cover on. Since it wouldn't stay on and dust kept getting inside.

Clayton are the Dual on that 4850 banded?
This is getting me anxious for when I return to the farm next weekend. Especially since I was invited to get a tour of the Grady's hog farm.

Nice pics Clayton. Sounds like you guys are in about the same boat as us as far as drought. Basically all the dryland corn is done for, every pivot around hasn't been shut off for basically the last month and a half solid, we only shut ours off to check and change oil. We are going to chop our dryland this Tuesday, this is the earliest by atleast a few weeks that we have ever had to chop corn.

The duals on the 4850 are axle mount.
I have had more trouble with moisture in them than water. I know it needs a clutch cover. Our 620 has never had one on it since there is a small piece broke out of the belt pulley where the clip goes.
