this is a special project that I am doing to give to my girlfriend's father, its a replica of the first tractor he purchased after he started farming, it was a International 1466 here was the only picture I was supplied with I started by swapping the cab from a black stripe Ertl 966 onto a white stripe Ertl 1466, and swapped out the front axle for a more accurate one. then I added Tractor fab wheel weights, 66-86 series grill kit, front weight bracket, windshield wiper, and radio antenna, and some Moore's Farm toys 5x7 rectangle and 4" round lights, finally I scratch built the tool box on the side and the dual hubs after being told the tractor was rarely without any suitcase weights I added some proper Tractor fab weights to the front bracket and finally made a display case diorama to show the piece off, the display will also include a replica of old flatbed pickup that Jim had when he bought the tractor but I haven't started that yet

Nice job!! Swapping out the front axle was a good call.. Imo these tractors look a little goofy stock out of the package but make some nice customs.. How did you do your axle hubs? They look good..
