I bought this mixer at a sale over the weekend for $3000........Was that a good price? haha, its in great shape, i bought a new magnet for it since this pic was taken. I'm goin 100% cement j-bunk feeding now to save on feed wastage and figured this was i could mix up silage ground hay, and ground cornstalks.  |

That should pay for it self in saved feed. In this area that would be worth a lot in this area due to the drought. That is a nice looking little wagon.

Trey Right now i'm mixing 1800 silage, 200 cornstalks, 200 alfafla for my 32 stock cows once a day, and i'd say its about 4/5th's full. i'm having a custom hay grinder come out early next week to grind up some round alfalfa bales, then i will back off some on the silage and add a little more alfalfa and cornstalks. |
