Tier IV Magnum on Olson Farms

The 7120 has been a solid tractor for about 10 years on the farm but it's time to upgrade. It's pushing 7,000 hours and is weak on hydraulics running the planter. After doing some shopping we decided on a 2012 235 Magnum. I can't believe how tall it sits on the 50" rubber. It's got the luxury cab with heated seat, big hydraulic pump, and the 50" tires. It's definitely going to be a great tractor for many years.

Nice looking tractor. We've been wanting to get rid of our 350 and go to a mechanical front cause they weigh less, but the price difference is quite a bit. Did you guys get the HID's? What does it pull? We got the 700 in our tractor and there are plugs right in the back for a camera, so we put one on the grain cart auger.

You will like that leather seat, much better then the regular seat.

Yes it's got the front HIDs.

It will pull a 1770 planter, 620 J&M auger wagon (which probably will get upgraded), and a pull type sprayer. The only down fall is they told us the 700 can't do field mapping due to the Deere planter not being compatible.

That's quite a jump (upgrade) from the 7120. I'm sure it'll be good for you. Should have plenty of hp and hydraulics for the work it'll be doing. I'm looking forward to using the new 700 pro system this year as well, in our new combine.
