Well guys I wanted to tell yall of the history behind our 1500 acre farm in North East Missouri.
It all started when my Great Great Grandpa, Charlie Taylor came to MO from Illinois. They settled where my Uncle now lives. (my grandpa's younger brother) It was the winter of 1900.
I'm not to sure what all tractors they had before the 1920s. I did how ever find the sales bills of all the tractors bought new before the late 1950s and found some pictures of the others that we don't have the sales bills to. They did do custom feed grinding and threshing in the 20's through the mid 40s. Now I will get more pics of the tractors and such and more scans of sales bills tomorrow or Thursday. Here is a list of tractors.
non-moveable Rumly oil Pull (shown in a picture below, not sure on year)
1-20-30 Rumly Oil Pull (not sure on year)
Avery Rumly (shown in picture and not sure of year)
(I have a sales bill for one of theses and it says the year. Ill get it scanned and the info off of it tomorrow)
1939 Oliver 90 on steel with comfort seat. Brand new traded 1-20-30 Rumly for it
