Coming along nicely since I talked to you last. Should be about ready for spring tillage I'd say.

did you take down Garber dairy or what ever its called? No, I still have it and take pictures on it from time to time. It's in the other corner of the basement. This picture is after I touched up the stone driveway. My children tore it up a bit so i had to do some patching.

Can't wait to see the journals, there is always a sense of supreme quality associated with your displays.

Can't wait to see the journals, there is always a sense of supreme quality associated with your displays. Thank you very much! I have a serious problem, i put down a gavel driveway, and it won't glue down, how did you do it? it looks so nice! I use white glue mixed with water and spray the surface before I put anything down. I let that dry, then spray the top at least 2 times to get it to seal. I tried something different this time. I mixed my own and put a heavier content of glue in it. I got a spray bottle at walmart with a larger diameter hose in it and sprayed it down. That seemed to work very well. The answer is multiple applications of glue. Spray it until it sticks!

That looks really good. I am going to have to apply more glue to mine. I am having some gravel come loose.

I like how the you have the skidsteer loading the manure into the spreader from the barn. Reminds me of a few small dairy farms around here that push there manure from the freestalls into the spreader.
Thank you for some good ideas too.
So what is the tractor and equipment line up or haven't you gotten that far yet?

So what is the tractor and equipment line up or haven't you gotten that far yet? Thanks Shawn. It's common in my area to have a loading dock for chicken houses. You can't get much more than a skid loader in the bottom and they often times don't have the lift to get into the big spreaders so a dock is required. Just out of curiosity, what good ideas did I give you? Pppsstt! Shawn, look at the link in the very first post. The link has the full lineup acreage and all the good stuff.

I really like your shed across from the house. Nice colors to it and looks very clean. Maybe some more pics of it? I'm a building geek. I also appreciate your lighting above the display. It makes it hard for me to be interested in a display journal when the pictures are horribly dark or blurry.
You are making me miss my basement in my old house for sure.

Looks good. Seems to be a lot of options for journal ideas. Where did you get your stalk chopper and v rake from?
