Well after 2 repaints, 2 feederhousings, a year of delays because of college, parts, and time I finally finished my first custom combine. It got the full treatment, railings, lights, grain tank auger, unloading auger (not really happy with it, it clears but barely) spreader cones, steerable rear axle, new wheels and tires, movable feederhouse. I'm still not happy with the paint, C rating at best. Even redid the operators station, painted the operators seat and "jump" seat yellow, redid the steering column so the operator isn't trying to steer it up at his forehead, put on a tractor fab steering wheel. I also cut off the excess casting material that's in front of the rear axle, and gave the operator a viewing window into the grain tank (it's in the ertl casting, don't know why they didn't paint it in there) Pretty sure that's it. Anyway here's some pics... Let me know what you guys think
