The best building I have ever built has a for sale sign on it!
I am asking $400 obo (and am open to serious offers)
Shipping is extra.
I have had a couple people show interest but are still thinking so it is all packed up and ready to ship out.
The building foot print is 24" x 13" which scales out to 128' x 69'
The concrete out the front door is 4" wide and 3.5" out the back making the entire length 31.5".
Walls are 3.25" high
The lights run off two different systems:
Exterior lights are DC 10VDC and are relatively easy "plug and play"
Interior lighting are LED's from www.ngineering.com which require power distribution board and power supply which ARE NOT INCLUDED.
They can be purchased here:
www.ngineering.com/accessories.htm
OR they can be ran off battery power with the "LED tester":
www.ngineering.com/other_cool_tools.htm
All the lights work as shown below, I will be honest, the interior lights are a little finicky though. There is contact pads on the top of the wall and bottom of the roof that need a little love.
I don't have it fully hooked up so pictures were taken with the tester on the battery and wires directly to the roof.
I am also throwing in an unopened 6 piece Green Light Shop tool set.
Doors are magnetically held in place and are fully removable.
Roof has radiant heaters and ceiling fans.
Floor has a drain down the middle of the building.
The floor is double thick styrene.
The walls and roof are double sheet styrene with internal ribs.
The office roof comes off if you choose to detail the interior of that also.
