I think they just have a window in the back of the cab but I don't know for sure.

The horns just pop out, depending on what you want the truck to end up as, lots of guys around here that take bunks off to put on grain boxes just cut a sheet of plexi glass to fit the hole and have it riveted into place. It's a lot cheaper than buying the cab panels and having them painted and installed.
