Here is one of my first projects. Gordy had scratch built these and then I was cutting out kits with my computer controlled cutter. That was working ok, but the parts were hard to break out of the sheet so I decided this would be a good place to start seeming we had done lots of research and had some rough demotions. The first ones I did not have the latter on the back and they looked nice, but the latter makes them look even more complete. I was selling just the boxes and put one on a truck for reference so people could get some idea how they looked. I thought they looked great, but the frame of the truck did not look good after being cut and extended, so I decided to draw the frame to fit my box and the SpecCast truck part and have it printed also. Here are some pictures of the latest version. The box was printed by Shapeways in the Strong & Flexible Polished material and the frame was printed using the Transparent Detail material. I did not paint the box, but the frame is painted.
